"JR provided excellent personal service meeting my needs for home, rental and auto coverage. JR is always respectful and patient and communicates well. when I needed him to reexplain some details he did so without hesitation. He returned all call as he promised. I was not able to set up the safe driving app. for my auto insurance. He told me to drive to his office for him to help. He did more than help he took charge and set up the entire application. "Requested a quote on Sunday via email and JR called me first thing Monday morning and got my policy situated. He bundled my auto and renters and took care of everything quickly and easily. Price was way better than what I was paying at the other company. JR is the man. Happy to work with him!"

"JR was a pleasure to work with at State Farm. I recently had my car totaled and he looked out by connecting me with an awesome salesman. Despite not going through with that salesman, JR still went above and beyond to recommend me to someone knowing that I needed a new car. Furthermore, JR made the transition to add a new car to my insurance replacing my old car an easy one with just one phone call. I highly recommend JR at State Farm. Happy New Years!"

"When I contacted JR, he was really good when providing me with a quote and all I needed at that moment. He peice he told me that day was ok and I decided to start my insurance with them. However, a month later, everything changed, and they charged with a monthly coverage for $2400. Is this possible? I don't think so! When I try to contact him by sending emails, he doesn't answer. I just got one, but he said he didn't know the reason. If they don't know so who does? It was the worst experience I've ever had with insurance. I'm still trying to contact them, but nothing happens. Try to find another place for you; they won't help you after your purchase."

"Man, these reviews are BAKED. I had been a State Farm auto customer for over a decade. Had one fender bender accident and State Farm, and this branch that I was working through, raised premiums on us and passed along all $3k damages to me over a three year period. This doubled our monthly premium for 2 vehicles. I repeat, zero accidents over a decade. $20k+ paid in premiums over the years. The math doesn't add up and State Farms customer service has dramatically declined over the years."
